We cannot hold any horse until we have received payment. If you are serious about purchasing one of our horses, you need to make payment if you want to ensure the horse will not be purchased by someone else. All horses to be sold to suitable homes on a first come-first pay basis. |

All animals are sold with no guarantees or warranties, written, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, temperament, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. It is an "As Is" sale. All monies are non-refundable. No animal is considered sold until down payment or payment in full is received and has cleared the bank. Upon receipt of payment in full, ownership of animal is transferred from seller to buyer, at which time the buyer assumes all risks, responsibility and liability for the animal. Buyer is responsible for the expense of any health certificates, and vet check if requested. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
